*Collin will be a featured poet at Kaleidoscope, A Multicultural Celebration of Literature & Arts on Saturday, May 3. Collin will read selections from "Better To Travel" at 1 p.m. at Riverdale High School, 160 Roberts Drive, in Riverdale, GA. The festival is an all-day event featuring poetry, entertainment, storytelling, book signings, arts & crafts and more. Kaleidoscope is sponsored by the Clayton Council of PTAs, Barnes & Noble and many others. * Collin has been reading regularly at Java Monkey each Sunday night in downtown Decatur. Java Monkey Speaks is hosted by spoken word legend Kodac Harrison and begins at 8:30 p.m. The coffee house is located on Church Street across from the MARTA station. Open mic and special guests are featured every week.

* Collin will take part in “Crossing the Border: French-German Films” being co sponsored by Goethe Institut Atlanta, the Consulate General of France and the Alliance Francaise of Atlanta to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the signing of the Elysee contract. Collin will introduce the classic Francois Truffaut film "Jules et Jim" starring Jeanne Moreau on Wednesday, May 7 at 7 p.m. Collin will also lead discussion on the film following the screening and will attend the cheese and wine reception. The film will be screened at the Goethe Institut located inside Colony Square at the corner of Peachtree and 14th Streets. Tickets are $4 or $3 for students and seniors and go on sale 30 minutes prior to the film. Seating is limited. Parking is available in the Colony Square underground garage and will be validated.
